Synchronisation failures can be resolved by resetting the synchronisation.
To reset the desktop sync hold the Shift key down while starting Golden Records. Hold it down until the repair dialog appears. Warning this will delete all local data (cloud data will be unaffected) Click Reset Software. Follow the instructions and Golden Records will restart in a freshly installed state with no data.
Reconnect to the Online service and select to download data in the cloud to the local machine.
