On the 30 June compliance with payment card data security standards mandated disabling a specific security protocol on the server. The implications of this meant an update to the Golden Records core components. Older versions cannot now communicate with the server which is why you are seeing the error, and why you can’t connect to the update service.


What you need to do is to just download the latest version from the website directly. https://www.archery-software.co.uk/software/


This is actually the same file that the updater installs, it just downloads the latest version.
