When installing the software or an update you may get an error message like: DeleteFile failed: Code 5 Access denied

This is caused if a file that needs to be replaced is in use. This is most commonly the result of the software running when the update is installed. To resolve it stop all instances of the software running before installing the update.  Later versions check for the existence of a running program.
