Why Are Seasons "Unmatched"

Modified on Sat, 13 Jan, 2024 at 9:20 AM

Seasons are automatically managed by Golden Records from scores.  It uses the Type (eg Indoor) assigned to a round and the date the score was shot to determine the season the score should be in.  If a round is not assigned a known type a season will be created as Unmatched XXXX where XXXX is the year the score was shot.

Check that all rounds have a known type assigned and then rebuild the seasons table.  To rebuild the seasons table do the following:

Online

Go to https://archery-records.net/clubs/datasets or https://archery-records.net/personal/datasets and open the Manage Data tool

Then click Rebuild Seasons Table

Desktop

Go to the Manage Toolbar and click Seasons.  Then click the update tool
